Overview

AI PTI ("the App") is a personal fitness and workout tracking application developed by Andrew Kelly ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

The App does not:

• Require account creation or login
• Transmit personal data to our servers (we don't operate any servers)
• Use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs
• Send crash reports to external services
• Use any third-party frameworks that collect data

How Your Data Is Stored

All data you enter in the App — including your fitness profile, workout history, exercise logs, and personal notes — is stored exclusively in:

1. On-device storage (SwiftData): Your data is stored locally on your iPhone. It is not accessible to us or anyone else.
2. iCloud (CloudKit Private Database): If you have iCloud enabled on your device, your data may be synced across your personal Apple devices via Apple's CloudKit private database. This data is encrypted and accessible only to you through your Apple ID. Apple's privacy policy governs iCloud storage: apple.com/legal/privacy.

We never see, access, or store your CloudKit data.

On-Device AI Processing

The App uses Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models framework) for features such as:

• Parsing your fitness profile from natural language
• Generating personalized workout explanations
• Suggesting exercise alternatives

All AI processing happens entirely on your device. No data is sent to external AI services or servers. On devices without Apple Intelligence, the App uses built-in rules-based alternatives.

HealthKit

A future version of the App may request access to Apple HealthKit to write completed workout sessions to the Health app. If this feature is added:

• We will request only the specific permissions needed
• Data written to HealthKit is controlled by iOS and Apple's HealthKit privacy protections
• We do not read your existing health data

This feature is not present in the current version.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we collect no personal information from any users, the App is safe for users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If we materially change how data is handled (e.g., by adding analytics or a backend), we will update this policy and notify users through an App Store update description.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our end, there is no data to request, correct, or delete. Your data lives on your device and in your private iCloud account, both of which you control through iOS settings.
