Frequently Asked Questions
Does AI PTI require an internet connection?
No. The App works fully offline. AI features use Apple Intelligence, which runs on-device. Your workout data is stored locally and synced via iCloud (if enabled) without any internet connection to our servers.
What iPhone do I need?
AI PTI requires iOS 26 or later. For AI-powered features (conversational onboarding, workout explanations, smart exercise swap), you'll also need Apple Intelligence enabled, which requires an iPhone 15 Pro or later with the appropriate language settings.
On older devices or devices without Apple Intelligence enabled, the App uses smart built-in alternatives — you'll still get great workouts.
Can I use AI PTI without iCloud?
Yes. All your data is stored on-device. iCloud sync is optional and only activates if you have iCloud enabled in your device settings.
My workout history disappeared. What happened?
This is most likely a SwiftData sync issue. Try:
- Force-quit and relaunch the App
- If you have iCloud enabled, check that iCloud Drive is on in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud
- If the issue persists, please email us with your iOS version and device model
How do I delete my data?
To delete all your AI PTI data:
- Open Settings → General → iPhone Storage
- Tap AI PTI
- Tap "Delete App" — this removes the app and all local data
If you use iCloud sync, also go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → AI PTI and delete the iCloud data.
The AI features aren't working / I see "Apple Intelligence unavailable"
Apple Intelligence requires:
- iPhone 15 Pro or later (iPhone 16+ for some features)
- iOS 26 or later
- Device Language set to English (US, UK, Australia, or Canada)
- Apple Intelligence enabled in Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri
If all of the above are met and AI still isn't available, try restarting your device. The App will continue to work with built-in alternatives until Apple Intelligence becomes available.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
If you're a TestFlight tester, the fastest way is to shake your device to trigger TestFlight's built-in feedback tool — it captures a screenshot automatically.
Otherwise, email us at support@aipti.app with:
- What you were doing when the bug occurred
- Your device model (e.g., iPhone 16 Pro)
- iOS version (Settings → General → About → iOS Version)
- A screenshot if possible
Will there be a subscription?
The current version is free with no in-app purchases. Level A features (beginner workouts) will remain free. A Pro subscription for advanced features (Levels C+D, including AI form check) will be introduced in a future update. You'll be notified before any pricing changes.
Is my workout data private?
Yes. We do not collect, see, or store any of your personal data. Everything is on your device and in your private iCloud account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
